What The Site Is (And Isn't)

• We do not rent equipment, broker transactions, or act as an agent for providers or visitors.
• We do not guarantee listing accuracy, availability, pricing, insurance requirements, or suitability for your job.
• Providers listed are not endorsed unless explicitly stated on the provider page.

Always verify details directly with the provider before booking equipment.

Listings And Content

• Listings may be created from public information, provider submissions, or user suggestions.
• Providers are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit or approve.
• We may add, remove, or edit listings at any time, including for quality, safety, or abuse-prevention reasons.

User Submissions

If you submit a claim, edit suggestion, or other content to the Site, you represent that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.

• You agree not to submit false information, impersonate others, or attempt to fraudulently claim a listing.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your submissions to operate and improve the directory.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the Site at abusive rates, bypass access controls, or overload the service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Use the Site to send spam, run lead-harvesting operations, or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with normal operation of the Site or other users' access.

Reasonable automated access by legitimate crawlers may be permitted subject to our robots.txt and abuse controls.

Intellectual Property

• The Site, its design, and its original content are owned by ForkliftForRent.org (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable laws.
• Provider names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForkliftForRent.org will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on listings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (including provider accounts) at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Site in a way that could harm the Site or others.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
